The high-top design and additional ankle strap enhance support during punching, movement, and sudden change of direction.
To measure your foot width accurately at home, stand on a piece of paper with your weight evenly distributed, trace the outline of your foot with an upright pen, and measure the straight-line distance across the widest part of the ball of the foot, and the longest part from your toe to your heel. All shoes are sold as US Mens.

"These fit quite snug and I had to re-lace them the first time, but it wasn't too tight where it felt uncomfortable. My guess is they'll probably loosen up over time which should be perfect since you need to feel the ground with boxing shoes. Outer material feels good and it has a great design. For reference, I wear size 11 and have 2E width feet."
"The is find, my son love the shoes. The only thing is that they run too big, as my son is size 11 and this were to big, so i had to return and order a size down. But the worse thing is that i had to pay for the return 😕 and the return its not cheap. Know i will think 🤔 twice if i need to order something from here. "I wear size 11 for nike's, NB, etc. These were very tight to fit for a size 11, so much so that my big toe is now bruised after 4 practices. The shoes gives a strong foundation but if you're a true 11 like me you might want to find another shoe because a size 12 is just to big."
